Are you a camp that hires international counsellors?   Are you considering hiring international staff for your summer camp?

On this week’s show we are joined by two new co-hosts, Mark Pearlman and Matt Buczek.  Both Matt and Mark have experience in this area: Mark’s camp (Camp Ben Frankel) brings over Scouts from Israel every summer and Matt is one of the owners of 3 Adventures, a company that helps camps bring over great staff.    Another cool part of Matt’s past?  He, too, was an international staff member who came from England to work at the Frost Valley Y.

Dan, Gab and Joe all have experience with hiring great staff from overseas.  This was a great discussion and we liked it so much that we will have another episode in the late winter on this topic.
