Hiring a great camp staff starts the summer before – your application process really begins in July.
In this week’s CampHacker discussion we are joined by Howie Grossinger – camp owner and Ontario Camps Association president. Howie added some great thoughts to this discussion from the experience of their camp programs – where they hire hundreds of staff every year. A huge part of Howie’s winter job is to interview all who apply for Camp Robin Hood.
I know you will get some great ideas this week. Thanks for listening!
